SOLD OUT! THANK YOU!
Skol and Pronto Musica present Ideas of North, an event that unites musicians, researchers, and playwrights to celebrate and document the changing Canadian North.
To create Ideas of North, five composers and eight performers discussed Canadian attitudes towards climate change and the North with an environmental scientist, a sociologist, a political economist, a photographer, and an Inuk playwright. The resulting concert, narration, and photo exhibit will provide a unique window into how researchers detect, predict, and adapt to climate change, and how musicians can do the same.
Free entry, space is limited!
